Research on heating technology of regenerative oxidation used low concentration CBM in small coal mine

چکیده

Aiming at the problems such as low CBM utilization rate caused by concentration with methane content less than 8% extracted from a small coal mine in Hancheng mining area, Shaanxi Province, and serious environmental pollution coal-fired hot blast stove for heating, heat storage oxidation heating technology of ultra-low gas was studied combining field investigation balance calculation, regenerative obtained through thermal scheme. This replaces stove, realizes “coal sharing” mine, constructs virtuous cycle development “promoting drainage using promoting safety drainage”. The research shows that: scheme improves cancels consumption combustion, can use 2.59 million Nm3 pure every year, generating 1.95 yuan economic benefits. And emissions reduction CO2 equivalent is 36000 tons. benefits safety, economy protection are remarkable. especially suitable whose 8%, which has practical significance to improve promote realization goal “zero emission”.
